SOUNDSTORM is back in Riyadh on 16, 17, 18 & 19 December 2021. BIGGER, LOUDER, AND STRONGER. This time with four days of incredible live performances from regional artists and global headliners.
Scope
ARGA provided Planning & Operational Management for the inaugural Middle Beast Music Festival held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, across three days in December 2019. This complex project required meticulous planning for the safe arrival and movement of over 400,000 guests across the weekend, to a remote site with very little existing infrastructure. Our team is excited by the challenge to now help deliver a BIGGER & BETTER four day festival experience in December 2021, aimed at attracting over 500,000 people across the event.
