Project Phases
Concept Phase
In this phase, our clients have a concept of what venue they will build, who it will serve, but have not broken ground on construction yet. Our role is to help create and develop the venue operation plans to satisfy the future customer base, the local planning authorities and coordinate these efforts with the relevant local stakeholders.
Build Phase
At times we are brought on to a project that is already under construction but with major gaps in final road, pedestrian, and civil works construction. Our role is to help the engineering teams finalize how the venues will successfully interact with the surrounding areas and stakeholders
Launch Phase
When a project is ready to launch, it is not uncommon for the development handover teams to have some major operational gaps. In this phase, our role is to fill those gaps and ensure all items required to operate the venue are properly planned for to lead in to a successful venue launch.
In addition to the above phases, we often serve as the operational arm of these consulting projects once venues go live as we have in depth knowledge of the venue operational requirements and are well positioned to take the project from build / concept to full operations.
