ARGA provided Planning & Operational Management for the inaugural Middle Beast Music Festival held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, across three days in December 2019. This complex project required meticulous planning for the safe arrival and movement of over 400,000 guests across the weekend, to a remote site with very little existing infrastructure.
